About the Lounge
A Room, Not a Floor
Unlike the large casino resorts found elsewhere, our lounge is deliberately compact — a single room off the main hallway, dressed in dark wood, brass and low lighting. It was designed to feel closer to a private members' room than a commercial gaming hall.
The lounge operates under UK gambling licensing regulations and is staffed by trained croupiers and hosts throughout its opening hours. All visitors must present valid photo identification confirming they are 18 years of age or older before entering.

Smart evening wear is expected in the lounge after 7:00 PM — jackets for gentlemen, no sportswear. The room stays quiet by design: low music, attentive but unobtrusive staff, and a house rule against phones at the tables.
A short walk from the lounge, the bar serves drinks to both casino guests and hotel residents late into the evening.
