The Restaurant
A Menu That Changes With the Season
Our dining room seats sixty across two connected spaces — a bright garden room for lunch and a darker, candlelit room favoured in the evening. The kitchen keeps the menu short and changes it through the year, built around British produce and a handful of dishes guests return for.
Dinner service runs until 11:00 PM, later than most hotel restaurants in the area, to suit guests who like a proper meal before an evening at the tables.

Set between the restaurant and the casino lounge, our bar is where most evenings really start — and often where they end. The list favours classic cocktails made properly, a serious whisky selection, and a short list of English gins.
